Every order is processed in the order in which it was received.

All purchases are shipped by USPS and UPS and insured through carrier.

Please make sure your address is correct before placing order we will not be responsible for incorrect addresses. Packages are NOT insured through Colors Boutique, if you would like to purchase insurance for your package please select USPS Priority or Express shipping service. Once again we are not responsible for package once it transfers to USPS, it is then their responsibility to deliver and handle concerns for shipping delays or lost packages. You will not be refunded for the purchase from us if the USPS loses the package unless you purchase the additional insurance. If your package is returned you are responsible to contact us with the correct address to be shipped back to you at your expense.
